My name is Sharon, and I read your story; I would like to research the facts regarding Judge Margret Ryan Huddleston and the "flagrant non-support" warrant, as well as how did it come about you legally no longer being allowed to visit your children in 2001? What were the grounds used? Is it something that can be researched?
I believe if your story is true and can be proven, you should receive more than an apology from the Commonwealth of Kentucky; Your name should be cleared and you should receive restitution for an invalid warrant, that virtually took your life from you, if it can be proven...
Mr. Kowalski as a member of society, if this terrible thing has truly taken place in your life, I would like to apologize on behalf of society for not taking notice and allowing something such as this to take place.
